Redpillows turns 8!

Hello to my fellow book lovers!

This is a short post and definitely a non book related one (well it is indirectly related to books! 🙂 )

WordPress was kind enough to remind me that this blog was started 8 years ago! It’s my blog’s birthday today! This is indeed a great milestone for me as I recently also reached 500 WordPress followers.

It’s been a long journey and I hope to keep at it. Reading has always been a hobby, one that I pursue with determination and passion. I don’t think I’ve ever put as much effort into anything as I do in reading. It is my every-time all time favorite activity, a feeling I am sure many of you will relate to.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for all the support you have shown me by following my posts, liking them, sharing them and leaving comments.

A big Hello to all the lovely readers of Redpillows!

It’s simply delightful to celebrate the 3rd birthday/anniversary, however you want to consider it, of the blog! We have come a long way and are very proud of where we stand today. This going to be a very short post. We simply want to thank everyone (readers and authors alike) who have supported us this far and have shown tremendous faith in us! We will work towards improving further and making everyone one of you proud to be associated with us.

Happy 2nd Birthday Redpillows!

Redpillows has now turned 2. This is a great moment for us and it feels wonderful to have had this blog running for so long. Looking back it is rather hard to imagine that so much time has passed and the journey to reach where we are today has been a long but rather interesting one. We have received a fair amount of recognition and appreciation for which we are grateful and we shall strive to continue doing our best out here.

Redpillows is now 1 Year Old!

Hello Readers,

Redpillows is one year old now and it has indeed been a long and rather interesting journey so far. I would like to share some information about this journey with you all.

This blog started off as a place to share our random thoughts. My focus was always on writing about books and reading. As time passed I discovered a love for reviewing and started posting these reviews on the blog. There are so many sites and blogs out there that do the same and networking became an integral part of this process.  Slowly this blog has evolved into one dedicated to book reviews, promotional posts about books, releases and interviews with various authors. I have had the pleasure of being approached by numerous authors out there for book reviews and promotions.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the authors who have contacted me and been associated with me for all this time. I do hope this relationship continues and I can continue helping as much as I can. A wonderful shout out to all the people who thought my blog worth following as your support is really encouraging.

Redpillows will continue to have more reviews and anything about books from promotions to interviews and soon guest posts. Feel free to share your thoughts about the blog and any suggestions are welcome!
